A SOCIAL ENTERPRISE
Elements of Intervention (EOI)
In an effort to streamline our workforce development programming for our most vulnerable youth, ASK’s founder, Natasha Brown, developed a social enterprise entitled Elements of Intervention (EOI).
Programmatic services for EOI include:
Academic Enrichment Tutoring
Individual & Family Counseling
Character Development Workshops
Life & Employability Skills
Conflict Resolution & Anger Management
In collaboration with other providers and local sponsors, EOI will provide nutritional meals and snacks to youth during programming hours. When possible, EOI will provide food baskets for their families. Click here to sponsor a basket!
EOI’s individualized supportive services programming not only focuses on increasing at-risk youth’s independence but fosters the foundation for academic mobility and economic viability within the community. Through our emphasis on academic success, short-term employment goals, workforce stability, and mental health support, EOI helps our participants develop strategies and tools to work towards a safe, stable and independent living when needed.
The cycle of poverty associated with a lack of economic opportunity continues to impact countless lives in Florida. With your support, EOI will be able to quantifiably increase the number of youth who will achieve academic success, viable employment, and stable housing as they transition to adulthood.
Funding will be used for programmatic expenses, including supportive and transitional services personnel, operational support and expansion modeling.
